Beer drinkers may want to check their refrigerators and see if you have any Stella Artois.  The brewery has just issued a partial recall as it came to their attention that some of their products may contain particles of glass.

The voluntary recall was issued on April 2 and applies to 11.2-ounce bottles sold in 6, 12, 18, and 24 packs, as well as the “Best of Belgium” multi-packs.

“The safety of our consumers is our first priority,” says a notice released by Stella Artois. “As a result of a glass packaging flaw from one of our 3rd party suppliers, we are issuing a voluntary recall.”

It is important to note that the recall does not apply to cans or draught beers.  Below is a full list of the imported packages and codes that are affected by the recall:
